Key Responsibilities

🔗 Interface Champion: Serve as the primary liaison between the Head of Product and the production team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.

🚀 External Team Leader: Oversee and manage external teams, ensuring their efforts are in sync with our project objectives and quality standards.

📊 Data Collaboration: Work closely with the data analyst to leverage insights for informed decision-making, enhancing our publishing strategies and monetization efforts.

📈 Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of published games, using data-driven insights to optimize and iterate on our strategies.

📑 Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular reports on the progress and performance of publishing initiatives.

🤝 Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including marketing, production, and executive teams, to ensure cohesive and successful publishing operations.

Preferred Profile

• Intermediate to senior level experience in product management within the publishing sector.
• Experience from mid-sized or emerging companies (Voodoo, Tencent, etc. are acceptable).
• Background in mobile game publishing is a plus, given the data-driven and agile nature of this market.
• Strong understanding of publishing, monetization strategies, and market trends.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Based in Paris or Barcelona, with a strong preference for candidates who can be in close contact with the teams.
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
